Our Policy

Minimum order on site is $50 (customer cannot checkout until minimum is met).

At Shop African Store, our aim is to always provide you with the best shopping experience, and we know that we can also be off sometimes. Please take the time to review our policy before placing orders, and should there be a concern that isn’t addressed below, please do contact us for clarification.  Thanks a lot.

No weekend and holiday shipping: Our orders are sent out every Friday. Should that day fall into a holiday, the order will be sent out the next business day.

Address Accuracy: Please take the time to check your address carefully before finalizing your order. We will NOT be held responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.

Refunds and Replacement: Due to the nature of most of our products, we ABSOLUTELY do NOT accept returns. With us, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Should you be dissatisfied with anything please feel free to reach out to us directly. We are always here to help.

Cancellation or Change of order: Any cancellation or change must be communicated to us within 2hrs same business day. If not done in a timely manner, we cannot guarantee the change.
